Services Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between JMK Media ("Service Provider") and the undersigned client ("Client"):

Services Provided

  • JMK Media agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

  • Websites - $250

  • Logos - $60

  • Video Services - $100

  • Event Flyers - $35

  • Photoshoots - $85

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - $10

Payment Terms:

  • The Client agrees to pay for the services as follows:

  • Full Payment: The Client may choose to pay the full amount at the time of the initial consultation.

  • Half Payment: The Client may choose to pay half of the agreed amount at the time of the initial consultation and the remaining half after the completion of services.

  • 25% Increments (Pay in 4): The Client may choose to pay in 25% increments. The initial consultation will be 25% of the full amount. The remaining balance will be divided into three equal payments.

Initial Consultation:

  • The initial consultation fee is 25% of the total agreed amount unless the Client chooses to pay in full at that time.

Payment Schedule and Late Fees:

  • A seven-day grace period is allowed between payments.

  • A late fee of $15 will be added to any payments not received by the end of the grace period

Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made by check or online payment. An additional $1.00 transfer fee will be added to the invoice if paying using online payment methods Venmo or PayPal. 

Termination:

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.

  • The Client will be responsible for payment for any services rendered up to the termination date.

  • If the Client terminates the Agreement after services have begun, the Client will be responsible for any costs incurred by the Service Provider.

Amendments:

  • This Agreement may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.

  • Any changes to the scope of work or pricing must be documented and agreed upon by both parties.

Confidentiality:

  • Both parties agree to keep all information related to the project confidential.

  • The Service Provider agrees not to disclose any Client information to third parties without the Client’s consent.

Intellectual Property:

  • The Client retains ownership of all intellectual property provided to the Service Provider for the purposes of the project.

  • Upon full payment, the Service Provider will transfer ownership of all deliverables to the Client.

  • The Service Provider retains the right to use the project in their portfolio and marketing materials.
